The following links are files supplied by the historian Terry Ramig updating the previous work of Joe Mildrexler. The history text portions are predominantly Microsoft Word. The tables are now Excel files and are most easily opened with Microsoft
Excel or Open Office. They may be opened with Excel if you set the document type to .xls.

To get back to this page use your browser's "back" feature (usually an arrow).
You may save these files to your computer using the "Save As" feature
when the open file is displayed on your screen
or if your computer prompts you to "save" or "open" select "save."
